Dance in Change
Have you ever needed to turn a change from an idea into reality, while bringing people with you?
Dance in Change brings you honest conversations with senior corporate leaders and other trailblazers who chose a daunting or less obvious route, crossed boundaries, and made change happen where there was no clear roadmap.
You will hear what happened behind the visible achievement: the doubts, relationships, resistance, wrong turns, and defining choices that shaped the journey, along with the approaches they discovered through experience.
The show is for people carrying change between vision and reality, especially corporate middle managers who need to gain support across functions, cultures, generations, and organizational levels without having full authority.
It also speaks to those creating a path that people around them have not taken before.
Come for the stories of people who went first. Leave with new ways to understand what is really happening, bridge different worlds, bring others with you, and move change forward.
